Foundation, radiant heat – Homes in Santa Fe

So now the shape of the house can be seen. Inside the foundation is the tubing for the radiant heat system. Hot water is pumped through the tubing warming the tile floors, making for an awesome winter experience.

Moving right along. Here are pictures of the stem walls, and the huge retaining wall we had to build. The house is starting to take shape! And we managed to save one of the nicest trees on the lot!
